About this session
Learning Environments have recently launched a winter series of five evenings focused on video storytelling. Researcher, teacher, professional, or passionate storyteller alike, everyone is welcome to come along and get inspired. Guest speakers from a variety of industry and university backgrounds will flavour each session which is generally focused on a single topic. There are mini-screenings, interspersed with practical exercises, and Q&A with the panel.
Led by Learning Environment’s own video producer Mariona Guiu Pont, each session is guaranteed to be lively, engaging, and thought-provoking. Spaces are limited, but the hot chocolate is not.
Light refreshments will be provided post session.
Brent Coker, Author of ‘Going Viral’, Researcher of Consumer Psychology and Teacher of Digital Marketing at Unimelb - The science behind viral videos
Alice Burgin, Director of the Australian International Documentary Conference (AIDC) - Pitching to industry
