Teaching, learning and assessment with technology
Teaching with technology can enhance the student experience. Technology has become an expected way students will access subject content, subjects messaging, online activities, assessment details and assessment submission. Navigating how best to use technology to meet students needs and expectations is where Learning Environments is here to help.
Technology enhanced learning (TEL) refers to the technologies and methods used to solve educational teaching problems and achieve teaching and learning goals. Learning Environments, in consultation with Melbourne Centre Study of Higher Education (MCSHE) and others within the University, have created a TEL framework to guide the use of teaching with technology to meet educational needs. Based in research the TEL framework can be used as self-guided aid or a starter for consultations about subject redesign with Learning Environments.
