Is your subject Copyright compliant?

When organising student readings in your subject, it is important to ensure that you are complying with copyright laws. Breaching Copyright can have serious consequences for the University and relevant staff.

Readings Online is a tool that enables coordinators to add a link from their LMS subject to relevant course readings for students. Not only is this a great way to make subject readings available to students, but it also helps manage your copyright obligations. Coordinators can upload their own subject readings using the self-service facility in Readings Online – see the Readings Online website for more information. Alternatively, Readings Online staff can upload readings for you. Simply send your reading list to readings-online@unimelb.edu.au

To see how Readings Online works in the LMS, visit our demonstration subject – http://library.unimelb.edu.au/readings-online/readings-online-demonstration

Visit Readings Online or contact Peter Gray x45935 peter.gray@unimelb.edu.au  for more information on Copyright and the LMS.
