Subject Experience Survey ends this Sunday 30 October!

The Semester 2 Subject Experience Survey ends soon, so now is the time to gently remind students to make their opinions heard and complete surveys.

Two ways to improve response rate to the SES for your subject:

  1. Some departments or faculties choose to allocate time in class for students to complete the SES, where access is available to computers – or indeed mobile phones or tablets, as surveys can now be completed on mobile devices. Of course, students may still choose to complete the survey in their own time, but this provides an opportunity to fill in the survey on the spot, without interruptions. (Please note that teaching staff should leave the room while students complete their surveys: more information and advice on this process are available on the SES website’s getting started page.)
  2. Remind students that they have the opportunity to win $500 for responding to the SES so feel free to grab this image and include it in any presentations/emails/other communications you’re using to promote the survey.
