Survey students about group work using Qualtrics

When it comes to group work, providing the opportunity for students to reflect and comment on their own and others’ group interactions and contributions can help identify issues that need to be addressed. This can then assist in developing positive group member behaviours for future projects.

Qualtrics, a recently licensed software for use across the University, can be used to construct surveys for groups of students, allowing staff to collect and review the relevant feedback from the groups. When students select their group, they are presented with questions about themselves and other group members. Staff can then download responses and run reports on the data for staff and student review. Learning Environments has recently helped create a variety of surveys to explore group member feedback using Qualtrics.

For more information, see the Qualtrics page.
