What is subject copy forward?
Subject Copy Forward is a custom tool developed by Learning Environments to efficiently manage the rollover of content for future subject deliveries and communities.
This process is managed by LMS Division Representatives at a local level. In line with local processes and protocols, LMS Division Representatives will initiate contact with Subject Coordinators to confirm if they would like content rolled over to relevant future subject deliveries.
This tool allows Division Representatives to schedule a subject copy forward task across one or multiple subjects within their department/school. It allows for the swift transfer of content from a current subject to a future subject delivery in an unpublished state (not available to students).
