Tech support for students studying remotely
The Student IT team continues to operate as a virtual service, providing students with IT help to get setup and connected, ready for online learning.
A webpage on Studying Remotely has been created on the Student IT website to streamline information about services and resources to support students’ online learning. It contains advice about VPNs, available software downloads, guides for students on setting up Zoom on their personal devices, and much more.
Students can access the Student IT team’s services seven-days a week, with online chat or the option to submit a service request available from the Student IT website.
