Supporting students in their transition to studying remotely
The Student IT team has transitioned to a virtual service, providing students with IT help to get setup and connected, ready for online learning.
To streamline information about a suite of services and resources to support students’ online learning, the team have added a new webpage – Studying Remotely – to their website. It contains advice about VPNs, available software downloads, guides for students on setting up Zoom on their personal devices, and much more.
Students can access the Student IT team’s services seven-days a week, with online chat or the option to submit a service request available from the Student IT website.
