Subject and Community merge tool

The merge tool allows Canvas administrators and division representatives to quickly create Subject Merges and Community Cohorts. The tool is easy to use, and ensures the correct business rules are implemented and followed. Both the initial and subsequent enrollments in the merged subjects/cohorts are processed automatically to maintain accuracy based on StudentOne and to remove the need for manual monitoring and updating by administrative staff. The tool will be tested mid February and then be available to LMS faculty representatives and any staff with division representative role in Canvas soon after.
