About this session

Well-designed task briefs and rubrics will ensure that your students are clear on the expected aims of assessable learning tasks. For teaching staff, clear assessment task briefs and rubrics assist in ensuring an accurate and fair grading process and assist to quickly provide rich feedback.

In this session, you will learn about the key features to consider when designing a task brief and rubric for assessment. You will be asked to bring along an example rubric from your teaching context to reflect upon in light of the information discussed.

Participants attending this session will gain awareness of rubric options within the LMS.
